  • 2 large Russet potatoes (about 1 lb), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Slice them thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and melted butter until blended.
  3. In an air fryer-safe dish, layer half of the potato slices, drizzle with half of the creamy mixture, and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining potatoes, sauce, and cheese.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and tender inside.
