  • 3 medium Russet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a knife or mandoline.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
  3. In an air fryer-safe baking dish, layer half of the potato slices, pour half of the creamy mixture over them, and sprinkle half of the cheese. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Top with seasoned breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and cook for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
