  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes evenly using a knife or mandoline.
  3. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the potato slices in the air fryer basket. Pour half of the cream mixture over them and sprinkle with half of the cheeses.
  5. Repeat with the remaining potato slices, cream, and cheese.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Let cool slightly before serving.
